As dealership networks expanded rapidly, traditional manual warehouse handling reached breaking point. Floor congestion, delayed order dispatch windows, and picking inaccuracies threatened dealer relationships and increased operational overhead.
LOGISTEED stepped in to overhaul the client’s supply chain infrastructure by designing and operating a 25,000 sqm automated logistics hub in Chonburi. By deploying a 12-aisle Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) paired with Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and real-time WMS integration, LOGISTEED transformed daily operations into a seamless, high-velocity distribution model.
